Sources
Use these rules when sending ids to POST /api/v2/triggers.
All entries must name the same source, and each id type may appear only once.
Your organization must be enabled for that source; listing it here does not grant access.
For a source not listed here, ask Ringtime for its integration contract.
With no source system, omit ids and supply contact; Ringtime matches by phone.
With test_mode: true, always supply contact with your test phone number,
even when a source normally reads the contact for you.
See the API reference for the contact fields and error responses.
carerix
Set every ids[].source to carerix.
Use Carerix's own ids: candidate is the employee id that identifies the person, and application is the match id used for application updates. The optional job id is the vacancy id; the campaign routing key already selects the vacancy. Ringtime reads the contact from Carerix, so you do not need to supply it. No additional context is needed.
| Field | Requirement |
